We've used Osolo twice now - first for a strip-out job in Shoreditch, then for a bigger refurb in Kings Cross. What I like is they actually pick up the phone and they know what they're talking about. No messing about. The second time around they even remembered our building and what had worked well before. That's the kind of service you don't get much anymore.

Had an asbestos scare in one of our older office buildings. Called Osolo late afternoon, they were on site first thing next morning with testing kit. Sorted everything properly, gave us all the certificates we needed for the lease. Wasn't cheap but wasn't a rip-off either. Would definitely use them again.

Honestly we were dreading the whole renovation process but Osolo made it so much easier than expected. They came out for free to look at the house, didn't try to upsell us on loads of extras, and were really straightforward about timings and costs. The lads doing the work were brilliant - tidy, polite, and clearly knew their stuff. Our new roof looks gorgeous and hasn't leaked once through this winter!
